Sec. 21-121. Transferability.
The Certificate of Zoning Compliance and the Vacation Rental Business License may not be assigned or transferred, pledged, sold, or otherwise transferred by the license holder to any other person, business, or entity. The license belongs solely to the owner and shall remain in the owner’s name until such time that the owner ceases to use the property for a short-term rental purpose or sells the property.
